I had a wonderful 23rd birthday- thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes! McCall spoiled me as always- he is so good to me. I got my braces on 2 days before my birthday so the only thing I could stand to eat was pasta and soup. So McCall endured lunch and dinner at italian restaurants. We just kind of spent the day together since we don't get to do that very much anymore. I skipped school that morning and before McCall left for his class he made me chocolate chip pancakes and brought me my breakfast in bed. My mom has always done that for me, so he took up the tradition when we got married. He brought me my presents to open and all that too. I definitely made out with quite the loot. I took a pic of most of it that he gave me- such a sweet guy! And as you can tell from the pic above- he kinda looks black or something- so jealous of how well he tans. He is such a butt for not smilin too- but who could deny that face! :) He definitely has a funny farmer tan though! It's from him workin outside all the time right now. No new news on any of the job prospects yet. Won't be a while for that- they all take forever! I'm so sick of hearing that everything is just for hiring lists- if I hear that one more time I'll scream! so we're hoping and praying really hard that things will work out soon. Lots of things are riding on all this and we are waiting to do alot of things based on his job. So.. fingers crossed! Here's a pic of my awesome loot!

So fun! I'm glad you had a nice b-day. I know how frustrating the job search can be... Randy's in the same boat and it's driving us both crazy! Best of luck to you both.
