So as some of you have heard- McCall applied to work for the Utah Highway Patrol last month. Well I pretty much got the best birthday present EVER because when we got back from my birthday trip (pictures soon to come) and when we checked our mailbox we FINALLY had a letter from them- it had been about 4 1/2 weeks since he did the physical testing and about 3 weeks since he handed in all his paperwork. The letter didn't say much... it just said that they were starting to conduct the backround investigations and to be patient. He would be hearing from someone soon.. so we got the phone call today and he has an interview coming up! I almost fell out of my chair at work when I got the text from him.. haha! So here we go with round 3!! Keep him in your thoughts and prayers... keep your fingers crossed... anything you can think of to do for luck- do it! :) This would be an awesome job for him to have and he has wanted this for as long as I have known him at least. So lets hope it works out! I am so proud of him!Tuesday, June 16, 2009

Thanks guys!!! and Jessie that is up Waterfall Canyon. The trailhead is at the top of 29th street in ogden. It's about a mile and half hike to get to it but its way fun- it kicked my butt though! :)
