McCall Is Awesome!!!

So as I sit here at home waiting for McCall to finish playing with his x-box I decided I could update our blog! So I asked McCall what I should write about and he said to write about how awesome he is- hence the title of this post :) Well not much has happened in our lives since my last posting; however, I must slightly appologize for the nature of my last post. Life has got me down a bit lately and I have been having some struggles that I have had to bear on my own with only McCall to help me. So I will try to keep a more lighthearted tone to my posts and "keep my chin up" as my Mom keeps telling me to do.
So on to McCalls awesom-ness...
McCall is awesome because he got us tickets to a Nascar Race down in Las Vegas at the end of the month. We are both very excited to go and are looking forward to the much needed vacation! I will post pictures and tell all about it when we get back. McCall is also awesome because for the 4th year in a row he got us Rascal Flatts tickets for our anniversary. He took me to their concert the day before we got engaged and we have gone for our anniversary every year since. I seriously can't wait for the concert- they are amazing!! McCall is also awesome because for the first time since we've been married he is actually helping with the move! It has gone by so much faster and easier with him around to help. He hasn't been able to before because of school and work conflicts so the past 3 places we have lived (we kinda move alot) I have had to move all our stuff by myself. It totally sucked!
Life in general is kinda hectic right now with the move and all.. I absolutely love the place we are moving to though! It is a 3 bedroom 1 and a half bath town house on 13th street in Ogden. The neighborhood mostly has older people and some young families in it so it should be a pretty easy going place to live. We started moving our stuff over on Sunday (yes we are sinners and broke the sabbath) and I am very excited to get it all over there and unpacked. I will post some pictures of it once we are all moved in and I get it looking semi-cute! We are also getting our new couch delivered on saturday and I am ecstatic about that- it will be the first couch we have bought together since our last ones were just hand-me-downs. So that's about it for us... we are kinda boring! My upcoming posts should be much more exciting cuz of our trip and the concert hopefully.
So to end on a funnier note McCall told a really funny story when we were out with our friends over the weekend. (at least I thought it was pretty dang funny)
So as you all know- he works in Radiology at McKay Dee hospital and so many of the patients coming in for exams have had to do some sort of prep before the test can be performed- i.e. drink lots of water, fasting etc. So sometimes the patients have to perform enemas in order to clear out thier bowels (gross I know) so this guy is up at the front desk talking to McCall before his test and he is just going on and on about how bad his enema was and how the tip broke off and fell on the floor and just how bad he hates it.. and how bad it sucks.. just on and on about it for like 10 minutes. So in order to get the guy to shut up or whatever.. McCall says-
"yeah I know- I hate enemas too"
As if he has ever had to do one... or has any idea what he is talking about... it was just so funny.. I dunno.. maybe it wasn't that funny and you just had to be there.
Anywho- sorry for the lameness of my post.. better posts to come!

You're moving onto 13th street? We live on 28th! But we wouldn't be in the same ward :(

And moving's a pain in the butt. I'm sorry :(

Sounds like you guys are having fun, and I would agree, you're both awesome! Did you buy the town house or are you renting? Randy and I keep thinking about buying one, but we're not sticking around Utah for much longer after he's done with school so we can't decide if it's worth it. :o)
