..: SORRY :..

Sorry to all my avid blog followers... (since there are SO many of you lol) I haven't really had any time or energy to write anything on the blog. Lots of things have happened over the past month.
First off, I got another job... I haven't been working at Steins since the winter season ended.. and I probably wont work with them again til the next season starts.. So technically I am still an employee there, but I'm not working and I haven't decided if I will even work for them next season or not. I am still at Envy. Love it there. Probably will never be able to fully leave that place. I think my regular clients would kill me if I did. So I mentioned to a co-worker of mine at envy who works in park city at another hotel that if they were ever hiring to let me know since we will be moving up that direction. So a week later the assistant manager (who also used to be my manager at steins) called me and said she wanted me to work at the other hotel and wanted me to come in and fill out paperwork and do the required hands-on interview. So I did and got a job! It was kind of cool! I've never had anyone approach me for a job before.. I've always been the one to apply and then call them all the time til they hire me :). So right now I am working 2 jobs full time. It's kind of killing me... but it will be all worth it in a few weeks.

McCall is still loving his new job. He looks freakin HOT in his uniform too. I still get anxious when I see that gun strapped to his hip everyday, but he works in a safe area and so I am not as concerned for his safety than I would be if he worked in a different city. So all is well with that portion of our lives!

The next big news is that we are buying a house!! How exciting, I know. We put in an offer on one that I loved, then they freaked out about how much money they were apparently going to lose on it and took it off the market.. I was SO mad! But then we went to our second choice (the one that was McCall's favorite from the start) and we put in an offer thinking they would counter it and they ended up accepting the offer we made.It was pretty awesome! So we are set to close in a few weeks and will most likely be moving over labor day weekend. Yay!!

The other news isn't so great.... So.. McCall's sergeant said that having a blog that is so easy to find isn't the brightest idea when you are a police officer. Apparently she found it without hardly trying (which doesn't surprise me given that our names are the URL) I always said I wouldn't be a paranoid person about what I put on the internet and I don't post anything that I wouldn't want the world to know about... so when McCall told me I should change it, I was less than thrilled. but she said that you never know when you will piss someone off and they can pretty much google his name and find the blog and know where we work and somewhat where we live.

So.. I won't be getting rid of our blog all together... we will still have a blog, but I am going to be making a new one that doesn't have our names in the title and all that so that it is hard to find. I don't know when I will be getting around to it, or what the new blog will be since we are too busy at the moment with the house and moving, but I will keep you all posted. I will be sending out the new blog address that way rather than posting it on here... that would make the switch kinda pointless if I just posted it on here.
